And then there is "Tokyo rosie" Otherwise
known as, rosie o'donnell.

At this point I don't know what to say. She
definitely brings out the worst in me
especially when I see the woman on our
airwaves and listen to the nasty vicious
uneducated things she spewss.

She has demonstrated such hatred for this
country, our Military and the Bush
Administration in particular with her lies,
exaggerations, and foolish outbursts and
behaviors.

She has gotten a lot of air time over the past
few months with her outrageous views but
the thing that got me the most is when she
looked straight into the camera and spewed
her ignorance, speaking of the 911 Tragedy
and specifically in regards to Tower 7 at the
World Trade Center Site, stating that "Fire
does not melt steel" and saying it was
impossible for that building to fall unless it
was brought down using planted explosive
devises.
When this guy said that I lost any respect I
may have had for her for any good things that
were done in the past.

And the fact that          has given her a venue
whereby radical views, fairy tales and hatred
can be brought into our homes and seen
around the world for Our Enemies to use as
propaganda is "Shameful"

There is no question that rosie's days are
numbered on ABC. But the sooner the better.

"rosie is a true Embarrassment" and should
go back to school to obtain higher education.
(Perhaps in Metallurgical Engineering. or
maybe just watch an episode of "Austin
Powers", "Gold Member")

So who is           anyhow? I will  honestly  tell you that I knew nothing about this guy, his views or political position before this whole episode.

I thought he was just another talk show host.

I'd never heard a radio broadcast by him and when surfing through the cable channels if I came upon him I would keep on surfing just
because of the way he looked wearing the silly hat.  

I now understand he has been broadcasting for almost forty years or so.

Wow! That is a long time!

But I can't believe that the epitaphs that he spewed last week was the thing that got him chucked from            and               .   

You know there is so much more  to the story besides this incident. I would bet that Imus has walked on the high clouds for so long and said
just about anything he wanted  without thinking about it first simply because he was allowed too.

I bet that he forgot any humble roots that he probably had when he first began the broadcasting career in the 60's.

Well there is a lesson for all of here for sure. Lets not take things for granite. Lets appreciate what we have no matter how much no matter how
little. It can all be gone just like that before you know it.

The unfortunate thing about this whole incident is that Imus is such a small target when you look at the bigger picture.

This has been just another one of those stories that has allowed the "Extreme Hard Core Left" to jump on their band wagon again and get
some air time to push their own agenda.

It was a sure bet that                      and for sure,                        were going to be the first ones to jump on the band wagon in another effort to
spew their radical beliefs and points of view.

Talk about counter productive and a waste of time and energy. They would better serve if they would take a Hardline against the  Low Life
Rap industry.

This is what they need to be targeting and spending their energy on.

I heard the words Imus used and I vehemently disagree with what he said and especially who he said it about. But come on! it wasn't  as
offensive as the filth that is being produced by the "Rappers"

And then justify the slop and hatred that comes out of their mouths as being Art.

Our children are listening to this crap and it definitely weakens and desensitizes young minds. The rap crap teaches and influences our kids
in a negative manner and that affects all of us more than Imus did with his rants.

The bottom line is, Imus will be on the back burner here very soon and this affair will either break him or humble him.  

As for me, I will continue surfing the channels and if I happen upon Imus, I will keep going.

ABSOLUTE OUTRAGE!

So in fact it is a beautiful day around the world but today in Detroit Michigan, 91 year old WWII
Veteran, Leonard Sims is at his home with his wife recovering from a vicious beating he
suffered through during an attempted Carjacking on May 5th while sitting in his Chevy Malibu
at a liquor store parking lot.

22 year old "Low Life,  Dirty, Filthy, Nasty, Disgraceful deonte edward bradley of Detroit, who is
a drug addict and roaming convict carjacked Mr. Sims that Saturday by approaching him
under the ruse of of asking to borrow a smoke from him.

As this piece of  human waste got close to Mr. Sims, he proceeded to beat him with sucker
punches as if he was in the Octagon with a 91 year old opponent, (There was no way for this
poor gentleman to escape the punishment that he was receiving) And as the beating
continued with blow after blow several onlookers stood by and did absolutely nothing. As Mr.
Sims was forced to the ground bradely, jumped in the car and left the seen.

The only good thing to come from this ordeal is it was caught on a surveillance camera and
subsequently the Detroit Police Department released the video to public in hopes of getting
the community involved in catching this scum bag.

On May 10th after tips came in giving away this guys identity, bradly was arrested in the city of
Warren and hauled into a Detroit jail house. He appeared before a judge for arraignment on
May 13th at the 36th District Court  and charged with carjacking and assault with intent to do
great bodily harm, both felonies and could face only up to 10 years and of course he pleaded
not guilty. The judge did in fact set a $75k dollar bail which you can bet he does not have and I
predict no one would bail him out after witnessing the video.

I have to tell you that I am so outraged at this punk and I would ask for 15 minutes alone with
him so I could teach him about how we must treat our Elders. In my humble opinion, this
knucklehead deserve to have the charge of "Attempted Murder" brought against him.

Obviously, bradly has no regard for anyone other then himself. I don't care about what his
background is. I don't care about his broken home or anything about him. For a person to do
this to one of our Grand Parents and a WWII Veteran on the Most Powerful Nation In The
World is absolutely abhorrent and disgraceful!

And for the people that stood there and watched as this was taking place. "Shame on You"!

I am sending out Many, Many Blessings to Mr. Sims as well as his wife. God Will Bless You

I want to ask this question of all of my
readers. Who is in charge of Political
Correctness?

Are the Democrats?

Are the Republicans?

Is it You and I?

Moreover, who decides what is and isn't
politically correct.

It seems to me that the whole Political
Correctness thing has been so blown out of
proportion and it is definitely coming from
both sides of the isle.

I can remember when the term Ms. came
about  and  all of a sudden you could not call
a single woman Miss any longer. LOL Is that
still the case I wonder?

And how about the "N" word or the "F" word
or the "G D" word? In this day and age you
can't say those words.

But how about this. Why use those words at
all? How about Manners and courtesy and
Respect  for your  own dignity.

I will tell you how this Political Correctness
thing turns my stomach.

When a Judge is calling someone like
Dennis Rader, "Mr." or when a woman that
has been raped refers to the perpetrator as,
"Mr."  What is that about?

And, "Gentleman" is used far to much on
bad men.

These words show certain degree of
respect for a man.

rapists, murders and thugs do not deserve
the slightest bit of respect and  therefore the
Politically Correct Speaking needs to stop
with the low life's.

And what about the gay pride parades?

Explicit in public and in this day of Political
Correctness, no one can say anything about
it. And Heaven Forbid our elected officials do

I think it is long over due that some real
Politically Correct Changes are made for the
good of the majority and not the Left wing

We need to stand up together and get out of
this mode where we refrain from speaking
out or doing what is right because someone

thing has far outlived itself.

We need to get back to a time when people
were not afraid to say Merry Christmas to our
neighbors, friends and the person walking
down the street.

A day in time where Honesty, Morals and
Basic Values Truly Meant something.

Remember that time when your neighbor
would stop and talk to you after a days work
and you did not think you would offend him
or her for any reason?

Yes those were some good days and it's not
to late to bring back those "Good Ole Days"

I am calling for an immediate Nation Wide

His callings of the murders of our Soldiers can not continue.

There is no question that driving your car these days is similar to Playing,"Russian Roulette"
You don't know when the hammer while strike the one bullet in the chamber.

I experienced a major vehicle accident in the mid 80's where I was hit head on by a drunk driver, driving south bound in the northbound lanes
of US 101.
(Total loss of car, countless broken bones)

A few years later while driving my 1972 Super Beetle, I was hit by a 18 wheel Stornetta Farms milk tanker driven by a truck driver that ran
through the stop sign while I was driving home from work for a lunch break.
(He said he did not see me)
($1500 damage No Injuries)

Not to many years after that, not a quarter mile from where the milk tanker incident occurred, and within a mile of the head-on, while driving
my 1963 VW BaJa, I was hit again, head on by one of my colleagues racing to be to work on time.
($2000 damage No Injuries)

Now if that isn't enough. Two years ago I was  broadsided by a very nice elderly lady, Mrs. Philips, (79 years of age) while on my way to the
US Post Office in my 1963 VW BaJa.
She swerved over into my lane causing me to spin around 180° barely avoiding another head-on into a Toyota Truck.
($1500 damage No Injury)

What doe this mean?

Well if I were superstitious, I would probably get rid of my VW Bug. But the fact of the matter is many, many drivers, (Not All), (And I Repeat,
Not All) are just "STUPID, INCONSIDERATE, RUDE, IMPATIENT, LACKADAISICAL, THOUGHTLESS AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HAVE
ANY SAFETY SENSE WHATSOEVER.

And we all see and experience those drivers on the road every day. Those idiots put us all at risk every time we drive down the streets. Their
total disregard for Safety  by running red lights, Not using turn signals. Speeding. Talking on the phone. Reading and Just Not Paying
Attention and of course the list goes on.
(I'm sure you have some stories to tell too)

I won't pull any punches here.

MESSAGE TO ALL THE STUPID, IGNORANT, INCONSIDERATE, SELFISH OPERATORS OF MOTOR VEHICLES. WILL YOU PLEASE BE

Well God Bless Larry! I am glad the DNA results are in and truly hope and Pray that Dear God Almighty helps this man stand firm at the
plate of Fatherhood.

He has worked hard and tirelessly to get to this point. All along he has professed to be this little girls Father and thanks to the modern
technology and yes the Bohemian Court, Danny Lynn will be united with her Loving Father Larry and his Family.

The path is still not clear how this transition will take place and based on the actions of sterns, I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't pull
another stunt to try and maintain custody of the baby girl.

All in all this story has been a real soap opera with a lot of heart tingling swings and emotions and there is surely more to come. Civil Action
will follow due to the suspicious nature Anna Nicole and her Son Daniel's deaths and one or more person's will be held accountable.

Lets sit back and hang on because this storey continues.


Personal Note to Larry:
You have the opportunity to make a real difference for this little girl. I strongly suggest that you think of what is in the very best interest of
Danny Lynn not only in this minute but her future.

Don't let gold diggers and the like take advantage of her or you.

As soon as you have Physical Custody, you must Absolutely terminate any relation with howard k. sterns.

This human being is an embarrassment to say the very least. His behavior has been nothing less than shameful and you can bet the bottom
dollar he will be a thorn in your side for many years to come.

We know not all of the story but it is clear based on his actions that he is "Gold Digger" and a "User"

Clearly he has failed as an attorney and a contributing member of our society, He is a leach and con man who has taken advantage of a

Barack Obama is leading the charge with the slogans, "Change" - "I am for Change" - "We
are going to Change Washington" - "Changes are going to be made when I am Commander
in Chief" and naturally the candidates on both sides are tapping right into these lines trying to
be the "Champions of Change" themselves.
My only question to Mr. Obama is what exactly are you talking about? I have not seen you step
into a forum where you have been challenged on the critical issues of our time. And in fact,
up to this point it seems to me that Mr. Obama's handlers have had him avoiding at all cost,
the real talk shows and their hosts that would truly put him to the test so the American People
can gain a true understanding of what he is really about.
When Mr. Obama has been questioned on Foreign Policy for example, he states that he
would step into the White House as "Commander in Chief" by surrounding himself with
extremely experienced advisors. He in fact mentioned to hillary that he was looking forward to
receiving advise from her.
This does not sound like change to me. If Mr. Obama is surrounding himself with
experienced staff and hillary is one of those that he will be accepting advise from, then I
submit that the only change we are going to see in the White House would be a changing of
light bulbs or diapers and hopefully the bed linens.
As an Independent Voter, I want the candidates to stay away from venues such as, "The
View" or "Larry King Live" If they are going to choose that forum to get a message out, then as
far as I am concerned they can go on Jerry Springer Show to try and persuade us for their
vote.
These shows offer the voter no real insight to what the candidates are about with regard to
the real issues before us today. In a world of Extremism I want to hear exactly what the
candidates think and what they intend to do on the tough issues of War, Domestic Policy, Our
Second Amendment Right, International Issues, Border Issues and Immigration just to
name a few.
The Citizens of Our Great Nation could care less about whether or not the candidates can
dance, what their favorite candy is or which candidate can introduce an episode of "Saturday
Night Live" with the funniest joke.
We want to hear from them about real issues facing our country. We want to listen to what
they have to say so we can see for ourselves how they can articulate and demonstrate and
handle themselves with regard to their position and opinion. We want to see exactly what and
how their thought process works.
But making time for late night hollywood talk shows is a far cry from stepping into the arena
with someone like Bill Oreilly or Rush Limbaugh where they will be thoroughly challenged on
what really matters to the people.
As this country moves ahead and each State has their Primary Elections, lets Pray that a
candidate with the strength and courage of Ronald Regan and John F. Kennedy emerges
and Leads this country far away from the likes of the clinton dynasty or the jimmy carter era
so that our Nation can Stand Firm, Stand Tall, Stand Victoriously and Above All Else, Stand
Free and lead the word in becoming a better world for all.

No leads in felony hit-and-run accident

rear-ended Jan. 3 by 'phantom' driver

If it weren't for his totaled car and internal
injuries, Tim Magoolaghan and his family
might think some kind of ghost vehicle
rear-ended him in broad daylight Jan. 3, then
vanished.

A single piece of evidence was left behind: a
broken piece of a plastic license plate frame,
apparently from McConnell Chevrolet in
Healdsburg, wedged into the wreckage of the
1962 Volkswagen Beetle driven by
Magoolaghan, 19.

"We have basically no leads in this case,"
Santa Rosa Police Sgt. Doug Schlief said.

Kate Fox-Magoolaghan of Rohnert Park said
it makes no sense that no one saw or knows
who came up behind her stepson on
Highway 12 a short distance east of Farmers
Lane in Santa Rosa at 2:45 p.m. that day.

The force of the impact shoved her stepson's
Beetle across the median and into oncoming
traffic, where he was struck by another car.

"It's like a phantom car," she said of the
hit-and-run driver's vehicle. "They don't even
have a color of a vehicle or anything."

Magoolaghan, a Santa Rosa Junior College
student and clerk at Banana Republic in
Petaluma, lost his spleen and a great deal of
blood. He suffered a lacerated liver and
remains severely anemic, she said. His
initial recovery will last six to eight weeks.

Friends have created a reward fund at Bank
of the West that they hope might lead to the
hit-and-run driver's identity.

"This is a felony hit-and-run, and the police
want to find this person as much as we do.
It's not even a revenge thing," she said. "It's a
justice thing."

Wolin wants charge tossed
Piedmont doctor arrested in Petaluma sexual predator sting

An East Bay oncologist is seeking reversal of a court order to stand trial on charges
stemming from a sex-predator sting conducted by Petaluma police, NBC News and an
online advocacy group.
Maurice Wolin's lawyer said in court Thursday that Judge Raima Ballinger erred in
rejecting arguments that he was illegally entrapped by a paid, untrained decoy who
badgered and cajoled him into committing a crime.

Blair Berk, a Los Angeles lawyer representing Wolin, asked Judge Andy Wick to dismiss a
felony charge of attempted lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14.

Following a preliminary hearing last year, Ballinger ruled there was enough evidence to
show Wolin drove to Petaluma to meet someone he believed to be a young girl for sex.

The girl turned out to be a decoy employed by NBC for its "To Catch a Predator" television
series, and the person with whom he'd engaged in sexually charged online chats was
really a decoy from the advocacy group Perverted Justice.

Wolin was arrested in August 2006 along with 28 others in a three-day sting Petaluma
police conducted with the TV show and the advocacy group.

In seeking dismissal of the case, Berk argued that prosecutors didn't meet two legal
requirements: Proving Wolin unequivocally intended to commit the crime and that he took a
direct step toward committing it.

Prosecutor Brian Staebell countered that Wolin clearly communicated his sexual intent and
that his actions showed more than mere preparation toward committing the crime.

Wick said he will issue a ruling Jan. 31.

Wolin, a married father, had chatted online over the course of four days with a decoy who
told him she was 13 before he agreed to drive to Petaluma to meet in person, according to
testimony.

Citing numerous points in their conversations when Wolin hesitated, suggested meeting
in a public place or appeared to waver about meeting face-to-face, Berk argued that
Wolin's intent was far from clear.

She made a comparison to attempted murder. If a person told someone they were going
to kill them, arranged a meeting and didn't show up, then did show up but left, she asked,
would it amount to attempted murder?

"I suggest to the court that the District Attorney's Office would not even come close to
having a factual basis to allege an attempted murder would have been committed," she
said.

Wolin "just showing up" at the Petaluma house didn't amount to the "intent" and "direct act"
required in the law, she argued.

Staebell countered that Wolin's intent was crystal clear. He engaged in vulgar sex talk with
someone he thought was a 13-year-old girl, asking intimate questions, suggesting sex
acts and arranging a meeting at a time he knew her parents would be gone.

"When he got into the car to drive from Piedmont to Petaluma, he was clearly showing his
intent," Staebell said. "This was no fantasy."
So have you herd about the "Hunky Jesus" contest that took place on Easter Sunday in the cesspool of san francisco? Yes the
sisters of perpetual indulgence   are at it again and up to their old blasphemous antics trying to destroy our Sacred Christian

These nuts are prancing around the public naked and half naked performing lewd and lascivious acts, in front of children without
fear of being arrested and prosecuted because their are no boundaries or rules in this dump.
The authorities who support and participate in this behavior by not enforcing law and order should be ashamed and they
themselves should be prosecuted for not enforcing the law to which they have sworn to do.
It is very clear that this evil community that has developed its far left, radical lunacy and standards have no respect for the law,
themselves and clearly no respect or regard to how you and I may feel about this psychotic behavior.  
And for these freaks that claim san francisco is the most beautiful city in the world, is a joke and very laughable and cryable at the
same time.
I again cry out for every person with the slightest bit of decency, morals and common sense to boycott this so called city and also
for the Federal Government of The United States Of America to Cease all Federal Funds that are being wasted there.
(That is Yours and Mine Hard Earned Tax Dollars. I don't want one cent of  My Money Going There For Anything Whatsoever).
Also, Please make the time and call the cartoon mayors office or email him and tell him how disgusted you are by these
abominable circus side shows that he and the board of supervisors support and exactly what a disgrace san francisco has
become over the years and while under his watch.
